- I am a mortgage lender. I started selling real estate in 1979 and switched back and forth from mortgages to real estate. For the last 15 years or so I have been lending.It still thrills me to help people get into their dream home. While that is still my career I needed to do something with my creative and fun side so I started a children's party planning service(Imagine That Parties). I LOVE doing the parties. I Love planning,decorating,creating food and most of all seeing thr kids have so much FUN!
